Walk the actual row, see the structure at your unit’s location, and ask for the latest progress photographs by cluster. A site visit tells you more about a row-house project than any render can.

Structure height at your cluster, the width of the internal road, how close the neighbouring row sits, and where the sun falls at your facing.
What to ask for
Dated progress photographs, the current milestone against the payment schedule, and the sample home if one is ready.
Bring a tape measure
Sounds excessive. It is not. Check a room against the plan sheet before you book.
